Consuming Task Flow in Web Center Portal

Scenario - I have Bounded task flow in adf Application which I s stand alone working in ADF Application.

I need to add this Task Flow in Web Center portal.

Solution - Hi Guys, Today I'll show how to consume any ADF Task Flow in Web Center Portal.

Step1 - Open Your Portal application Press Ctrl+Shift+E , you will land into your Portal Admin screen.

Step2 - Go To Assets --> Resource Catalogs --> Finance Connect Catalog.

Step3 - Select Your Catalog like Finance Connect Catalog and click on Edit.

Step4 - Select BPM Admin Tools.

Step5 - Click on >> Sign and Click on +Add> Sign .

Step6 - Select Add From Library .

Step7 - Click on Task Flows --> Design Time --> Search Your Task Flow --> Click On Add.

Step8 - Click On Save and Close.

Step9 - Go To on Pages --> My Tasks --> right most icon edit --> Add Tab --> Apply --> Ok.

 

Step10 -  Click on BPM Admin Tools.

Step11 - Select Your Task Flow and click on Add.

Step12 - Click on Save .

Step13 - Now you can see your Tab which you have added in Step9, now click on view portal.

Step14 - Now you can able to see the original application with New Tab and Task Flow Functionality.
